Diet Week Five

Well let's just say that no progress was made this week. In fact if truth be told the progress was slightly negative. Southern Man blames the vast quantities of off-diet foods at the Ancestral Manor last night. Well, and a week of moderate cheating. So this week it is back on a strict regime of protein shakes and one meal per day and no cheating and see if we can't drop a few pounds.

Now now SouthernMan...did your sisters hold you down and force feed you those off-diet foods? Tell them your venture to lose weight and I am sure they will fix foods that are healthy and tasty for you at family functions...one or both may join you in your quest.

It helps that my teen daughter is also watching her diet and I can cook pretty light meals for both of us. But like I said I cheated too much last week. Belly fat is tough to lose.
