You need a diet buddy. Weight Watcher's program has someone to assist you and answer questions and to encourage you. Do you need encouragement? I will read your blog every Monday to edify your efforts.
@Riley: Urban caches are small and usually only contain a log to sign, with no treasure. Rural caches are larger and often have quite a bit of stuff. I keep a "swag bag" in the car for when I cache with my twelve-year-old daughter (most of the swag is hers anyway) but usually TNLN (take nothing, leave nothing) when caching on my own.

I do these Monday diet posts for accountability. So laugh. Laugh all you want. It will inspire me to do better this week. Or not.

When you find your target while "geo"ing, what do you leave for the hunter?
